Refund policy

At Hang-On Mini, we want you to love your trendy mini charm bag as much as we do. We offer a 14-day return policy on all purchases to ensure your complete satisfaction. This policy applies to orders placed on hangonbags.com (or our official sales channels) and is designed to be fair, transparent, and customer-friendly while protecting the integrity of our products.

Eligibility for Returns:

You may return an item within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order, provided it meets all of the following conditions:

•  The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
•  All original tags, packaging, dust bags, and accessories are included and undamaged.
•  The item has not been altered, customized, or damaged in any way (including perfume, makeup, or pet hair stains).
•  Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided.

Non-Returnable Items:

For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, the following are not eligible for return or exchange:

•  Any item marked as “Final Sale,” “Clearance,” or “Limited Edition” at the time of purchase.
•  Personalized or custom-engraved charm bags.
•  Items returned without original packaging or tags.
•  Bags that show signs of wear, use, or damage after receipt.


How to Initiate a Return:

1.  Contact our customer support team through our 24/7 online customer support, or via our contact channel https://hangonbags.com/pages/contact within the 14-day window. Please include your order number, item details, and the reason for return in the message.
2.  Once approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and clear  step-by-step return instructions (for orders shipped within Canada) and also clear instructions for international returns.
3.  Ship the item back in its original packaging within 5 business days of approval with the exact return information as provided. We recommend using tracked shipping for your protection.

Important: Customers outside Canada are responsible for return shipping costs and any duties or taxes incurred on the return shipment.

Refunds

•  Once we receive and inspect your return (usually within 3–5 business days), we will process a full refund to your original payment method.
•  Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
•  We do not refund original shipping charges unless the item was defective or we made an error.
•  A restocking fee of 10% may apply in rare cases where the item requires professional cleaning or repackaging (we will notify you in advance).

Exchanges

We happily offer exchanges for a different size, color, or style (subject to availability) within the 14-day window. Simply follow the return process above and specify your desired exchange item in your message.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your mini charm bag arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) with photos of the issue. Defective items qualify for a full refund, replacement, or exchange at no cost to you, including return shipping. We stand behind the quality of every bag we sell.
